- Account information: email address, authentication identifiers.
- Resume content you upload, the job descriptions you paste, and AI-generated optimized output.
- Payment metadata (order ID, amount, status) — card details are handled by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.
- Usage analytics: page views, scan events, conversion funnel data.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To run ATS analysis and produce your optimized resume.
- To process payments and grant credits/entitlements.
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- To improve product quality and detect abuse.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with Row-Level Security policies that restrict each row to its owning account. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access keys are stored as managed secrets and never embedded in client code.
4. AI Processing
Resume content and job descriptions are sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI / Google) to generate ATS scores and optimized output. AI-generated results may vary between scans and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share minimum necessary data with sub-processors (payment, AI, hosting) strictly to deliver the service.
6. Retention
Analyses and entitlements are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via support.
7. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@importedcv.com.
8. Cookies
We use functional cookies/local storage strictly for authentication and session continuity.
