1. Service
ImportedCV provides AI-powered ATS resume analysis and optimization. Output is informational and AI-generated results may vary; we do not guarantee employment outcomes.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Credits & Payments
- Credits are non-refundable.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
- Credits belong only to the purchasing account and cannot be moved.
- Once a payment is completed, it cannot be reversed by us.
- 1 ATS Scan Credit unlocks 1 ATS scan. 1 Download Credit permanently unlocks 1 specific resume for unlimited future viewing and download by the owning account.
4. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent use.
- No reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to bypass billing.
- No uploading of content you do not have rights to use.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to the resume content you upload. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use AI-generated output for your own job-search purposes.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI output may contain errors.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Outstanding credits in terminated accounts are forfeit.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law.
