Refund Policy

ImportedCV sells digital credits that are consumed instantly to deliver AI-generated output. Because of the nature of these digital goods, the following refund rules apply.

1. No Refunds on Credits

  • All credit purchases (ATS Scan, Download, Combo) are non-refundable.
  • Once a payment is captured by our payment processor, it cannot be reversed by us.
  • Unused credits expire only if the account is terminated for terms violation.

2. Account Binding

  • Credits are non-transferable.
  • Credits belong only to the purchasing account.
  • We cannot move credits between accounts under any circumstances.

3. Failed or Duplicate Charges

If your card was charged but no credit was added to your account due to a system error, contact support@importedcv.com with your order ID. Verified system-error duplicate charges are reviewed case-by-case.

4. AI Output Quality

AI-generated results may vary in quality and accuracy. Variation in output is not grounds for a refund.
